"I recently decided to go back to Brian Koenig's office for my insurance needs. I ended up speaking with an insurance representative who was difficult to deal with to say the least. First, I was told I needed my mortgage loan number which they had on file, secondly they asked me what the new quote numbers were they just sent me (which they had). Then the person wanted my odometer readings. After all this hassle and asking me all of these questions, the person wanted to charge me more than the quote they had provided to me one day earlier. I couldn't believe it. Brian koenig needs to do a better job on who they hire or else his business will decline!"

"I was with Brian for 18 years. He was great in those first years taking time to review our policies every year or so. Showing interest in our insurance needs and modeling the State Farm logo "like a good neighbor". Then I think Brian got older, busier, less engaged.... he did not contact us or reach out to us the last 5 years except for an auto generated birthday card each year. The final blow was when we got a letter from State Farm corp. threatening to cancel our home insurance. Brian was unaware I had retired and we had paid off our home. The insurance bill was not paid by the mortgage company and no one in Brian's office took time to look into the matter. We are still with State Farm,... but have switched to a younger agent who values our business and takes good care of us.

1/29/2026. update: Just by changing agents...leaving all insurance as is, I am saving $120 dollars per month. Savings my new agent found me. Really wish Brian had paid closer attention to our account, savings where there he just did not apply them."
